Isaac Nyame is an alumnus of Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Kumasi, Ghana, who offered BSc. Natural Resource Management. He did his National service as a Laboratory Technician and a Teacher at Kumasi Wesley Girls Senior High School. He is currently a business man in Kumasi. He hails from Sawua in the Ashanti region of Ghana, currently residing at Tafo Mile 4 in Kumasi. He is a Christian who worships at the House of Jacob Chapel at Krofrom- Kumasi. He aspires to be an astute business man, a research scientist and a Minister of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Isaac is very passionate about volunteering, supporting the needy, waste management and also using Remote Sensing/GIS to solve natural resource problems.
He has experience in field surveys on species like amphibians, crocodiles, tortoises and pangolins. He has assisted in projects like Fin clipping effects of Oreochromis niloticus and using occupancy modelling to assess ungulates distribution. He was the Vice President of Rotaract Club of KNUST of which he volunteered in many blood donation projects, health screening exercises and books donation exercises. He is a former President of SAVE THE FROGS! KNUST Chapter and a past Organizing Secretary for the Renewable Natural Resources Students’ Association and was the first President of YPYC KNUST Chapter, playing a major role in organizing the 1st Transformational Leadership Summit of YPYC KNUST CHAPTER. He is a fan of Manchester United club and also loves music.
